Soul Repair cannot guarantee the accuracy of its mental well-being forecast, but we use specific methods to predict low moods closely. Our approach includes talking therapy, action plans, and personalized subscription packages. The 7 Day Plan focuses on reprogramming thoughts and feelings, offering additional support if needed. We aim to help you overcome hidden emotional challenges with a nominal subscription fee. As the founder, I understand the struggles of maintaining happiness and have created a service as an emotional antibiotic for day-to-day challenges.

All payments for subscription plans, excluding our 7-day plan are charged via direct debit recurring every week, month & yearly. Our 7-Day plan is a one-off payment. Should you want to cancel, this must be done before the new date of payment is taken out. Any payment taken out is final & will not warrant a refund on payment. However, the package can be kept.
When you order items from us and they are shipped to your country, the local customs authorities may calculate and charge import duties. It’s your responsibility as the buyer to pay for any customs and import taxes that may be applied. We can’t control delays caused by customs, so please be aware of this. Once you receive the tracking information, it’s up to you to keep an eye on the parcel’s progress and get in touch with customs if there are any delays. You’ll likely need to pay the import duty to your local customs authority before they release the goods for delivery. Keep in mind that this may add to the delivery time mentioned by the delivery service. Some countries may take more than two weeks to clear packages in customs.
